watched THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH today with mandy! freeee movie again! this is a reallly good movie esp for environment abassadors like me. ok i can't exactly call myself that, maybe not yet. i haven't just realised that i have this strange love for the environment. cos it's strange that i get quite fed up when i hear the roaring of aircon in the school LT, shopping malls etc. i've kept a list of number plates of vehicles, especially of buses and those malaysian cars and vans, which emit black smoke. is this illegal in the first place? one day, when i've got like 50 or so of number plates, i'll send it to the LTA, or to the MOH. hahah. yes, i agree with mandy tt it's strange tt such a person like me actually cares about the environment. and this is why I LOVE GEOGRAPHY! so appropriate, yet inappropriate at the same time cos it's almost impossible to pursure geog in singapore. you would probably end up working in the MOE or smt, teaching geog which is a realllly sad thing, and maybe even a waste of knowledge to some extent. the movie is a great example, because i learnt a whole lot about the atmosphere, smt which was tested for the promos, from the movie!(stuff like atmospheric circulation, cyclones etc) this is a good way to learn, really. can save money goin for overseas trip, watching the movie itself felt like going on an actual one. it's like smacking 2 asses with one whip, geog and gp taught at the same time, cos there were some controversial issues about politics and environment. blah blah... this is the first ever time i felt like, i am actually attending a lecture by some prof, in the comfort of ice lemon tea and burger, nice cushiony seats and great aircon. ok i think i am contradicting myself talkin bout enjoying the aircon. tonight, i am gonna go switch off the aircons in my parents room, and sadly my own aircon as well. i've been doing that for the past few weeks actually. it's realllly tempting to just leave the aircon on, or to further lower the temp. i love, and hate the aircon! ahhh, i have no idea what i'm writing all this while. bad english i know. no thought and whatsover.

but here's the takeaway! you guys must watch THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH. it is so good that i'm convinced and determined to do whatever i can do stop the deterioration of OUR HOME. maybe.. stop using electricity altogether? hahaha. sorry but i can't exactly help it but sound corny and all. maybe i should take H3 geography.
